M. Sc. Dennis Beerhalter
On January 1, 2023, M. Sc. Dennis Beerhalter joined the Professorship for Bioprocess Engineering as PhD student and research associate. Mr. Beerhalter completed his bachelor’s degrees in Biotechnology from 2014 to 2020 at the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences and his master’s degree in Industrial Biotechnology from 2020 to 2022 at the Technical University of Munich. Within the scope of his PhD topic, he will deal with the development and optimization of soft sensors for E. coli fermentations. Furthermore, the equipping of the laboratories of the Professorship for Bioprocess Engineering and the conception of the practical course “Bioverfahrenstechnik” are part of his future tasks.
